Prices

• The Gearshop Ultra - $220 Early, $260 Standard, $300 Late 

• The Pepin – $120 Early, $160 Standard, $200 Late 

• The Drumduan - $80 Early, $120 Standard, $150 Late 

• The Harvey - $50 flat rate

• Early entry opens - 1st November 2026 - 31th December 2026

• Standard entry opens - 1st January - 25th April 2027

• Late entry opens - 26th April - 16 May 2027

• Entry closes - Sunday 16th May 11:59pm 2027

*There will be no entries on the day of the event.

Entry Fee Inclusions

• Race entry to your chosen distance

• Race bib 

• Finishers medal

• Aid stations on course with electrolyte, water and snacks

• Post-event recovery station with drink and food

• Spot prize entry draw

Categories

All distances have Male and Female running categories, with the addition of a walkers category for the Harvey

Note the walkers category while timed wont be applicable for placings.

Refund and Course Transfers

Refunds will be managed by additional event insurance that can be purchased with your entry. We can process course transfers for the event up until Sunday 10th May with a $25 admin fee.

We have event Thermatech performance T-shirts and running caps available for the 2026 event, these can be purchased with entries. See below for styles and sizes.
